Blake Galarza has extensive work experience in the field of implementation consulting and customer service. They started their career at Sequoia Retail Systems as a Tier I Support Technician in October 2013, before progressing to become a Tier II Support Technician, handling service tickets and troubleshooting server environments and databases. They then became an Application & Implementation Specialist, utilizing their knowledge of software applications to implement and deploy products for clients.

In 2016, Blake joined Blackboard as an Implementation Consultant, showcasing their expertise by assisting in the implementation of software systems. They later became an Implementation Consultant Manager, responsible for managing and overseeing the implementation process.

Currently, Blake works at Transact Campus Inc as the Director of Commerce Services, leading and overseeing the commerce services team. Prior to this role, they served as a Senior Manager of Implementation Consulting, responsible for managing and leading implementation consulting projects.

Throughout their career, Blake has consistently demonstrated their ability to solve problems, provide superior customer service, and work efficiently in fast-paced environments.

Blake Galarza obtained an Associate's Degree in Business Administration and Management, General from Johnston Community College between 2010 and 2012. Additionally, they have a certification in CompTIA A+ from CompTIA.
