Dhara Patel

Dhara Patel is an experienced clinical pharmacist currently working at Enhanced Medication Services since November 2019. Prior to this role, Dhara completed a PGY1 Community-Ambulatory Care Pharmacy Residency at Azalea Health from June 2018 to June 2019, with hands-on experiences in direct patient care and various pharmacy operations. Earlier career experience includes positions as a pharmacist, assistant pharmacy manager, and pharmacy intern at Publix Super Markets from November 2014 to April 2018 and as a pharmacy intern at Walgreens from August 2013 to August 2014. Educational credentials include a Doctor of Pharmacy (PharmD) from Lake Erie College of Osteopathic Medicine (2011-2015) and a Bachelor's degree in Biomedical Sciences from the University of South Florida (2007-2010).
