Alan M. Poulin

Alan M. Poulin, CSP, ITIL, has over four decades of experience in technology sourcing and management, currently serving as the Lead Software Category Manager at Transamerica since May 2017, where responsibilities include developing sourcing strategies and managing cross-functional teams for optimal contracting and vendor performance. Previously, Alan owned Alan Poulin Photography from 1977 to 2019, building strong client relationships through visual artistry. Additional experience includes managerial roles at Catholic Health Initiatives and Intuit, where Alan successfully negotiated contracts and managed substantial budgets. Prior positions at Electronic Data Systems involved managing large-scale outsourced IT accounts and leading significant licensing programs, while an early career in the US Navy provided foundational skills.
