Irene Chrisanthopoulos

Irene Chrisanthopoulos is an accomplished legal professional with nearly 20 years of experience in labor and employment law, as well as commercial law. Currently serving as the Senior Director of Labor Relations and Negotiations at Transat, Irene leads collective bargaining and manages day-to-day labor relations. Additionally, Irene holds the position of Supervising Professor at École du Barreau, focusing on negotiation techniques in labor relations. Previous roles include Director of Labour Relations at Molson Coors Beverage Company and various legal positions at Air Canada, where Irene advanced from Legal Counsel to Assistant General Counsel in labor and employment law. Irene began their career at Menard Mageau Valiquette and later at Cain Lamarre Casgrain Wells as a lawyer. Irene holds a Bachelor in Law from Université de Montréal, obtained in 1994.
