David Wilder has a diverse work experience in various roles and industries. David started their career at Fleet Service Inc. in 1995 as a Service Manager, where they managed vehicle/equipment specifications and implemented maintenance processes. From 2006 to 2008, they owned a franchise with Snap-on Tools, marketing products and services through a mobile store. David then worked at Beltway Companies from 2010 to 2017 as an Outside Parts Sales Manager, overseeing sales and operations for eight international dealerships. In 2017, they joined FleetPride as a Strategic Business Development Manager, focusing on customer relationship development and sales in the North East Region. From 2018 to 2018, they served as the Commercial Business Sales Manager at Nationwide Nissan, responsible for the strategy and implementation of the commercial vehicle business. From 2019 to 2021, they worked at Priority One Automotive Group as a Wholesale Business Manager, overseeing the strategy and implementation of the Wholesale business for eight dealer locations. Currently, they are the Regional Sales Manager at TransAxle LLC, starting in 2021.

David Wilder attended Carroll Community College from 2000 to 2001, where they studied Business Administration and Management. David did not obtain a degree during this time. In addition to their college education, David has obtained several certifications. In May 2018, they completed certifications in Learning Salesforce Admin, Salesforce for Sales Managers, Salesforce: Custom Reports, Analyzing Sales Competitors, Creating Your Sales Process, Field Sales Management, and Managing Your Sales Territory through LinkedIn. Prior to their college education and certifications, David obtained a Class A CDL with Endorsements from the State of Maryland in February 1995.
