Justin Malden

Justin Malden is currently the VP of Consultant Relations at Transcarent. Prior to this, they served as the Senior Director of Health Plan Alliances at Hello Heart from May 2021 to October 2022. In this role, they were responsible for leading business development through strategic partnerships with Health Plans and PBMs across their ASO and fully insured lines of business. From October 2020 to May 2021, Malden served as the Director of Health Plan Alliances at Hello Heart.

Prior to Hello Heart, Malden worked at Anthem National Accounts from June 2018 to September 2020 as the Director of Consultant Partnerships. While at Anthem National Accounts, Malden was responsible for developing and executing growth strategies for the consultant segment across all lines of business.

Before joining Anthem National Accounts, Malden worked at Mercer from February 2018 to June 2018 as a Principal Consultant on the Global Health Management team. In this role, they led consultant teams in developing health and wellness strategies for domestic and international employers. From April 2016 to January 2018, Malden served as a Senior Associate on the Global Health Management team at Mercer. As a Senior Associate, Malden was responsible for supporting the development and execution of health and benefits strategies for US-based clients. From April 2014 to March 2016, Malden served as an Associate on the Global Health Management team at Mercer. Justin Malden has a MPH from Columbia University in the City of New York in Health, Policy & Management - Global Track, an MSc. from University of Oxford in Medical Anthropology, and a BA from Brigham Young University in Social/Cultural Anthropology.
