Shay Beaulieu

Shay Beaulieu has worked in a variety of roles since 2016. From 2016 to 2018, they worked as a Production Crew Member at Cal Poly Pomona Foundation, Inc. In 2018, they were an IT Technical Student Assistant at California State Polytechnic University-Pomona, where they built and configured classroom/lab workstations, maintained classroom/lab equipment and software, and provided technical support. From 2018 to 2019, they were a Frontend Web Developer at PCV Murcor, where they executed project tasks from concept to completion, delivered a clean aesthetic across internal and external materials, and executed dynamic professional web forms. From 2019 to 2020, they were a Web Developer - Project Coordinator at Avanade, where they collaborated with the team to design a User-Interface, maintained and updated source code repository on GitHub, and facilitated weekly Scrum Meetings. In 2020, they worked as a Rule Developer and Operations Triage Specialist at Transcepta, where they analyzed and prioritized incoming bugs, utilized debugging and troubleshooting techniques, facilitated and participated in weekly Standup Meetings, and managed and tracked tickets via Salesforce. Lastly, they worked as an Illustrator - Shay Beaulieu Prints at Etsy.

Shay Beaulieu is currently pursuing a Master's degree in Information Security at California State Polytechnic University-Pomona, which they began in 2022. Shay previously earned a Bachelor's degree in Computer Information Systems from the same university in 2019. In addition to their academic qualifications, Beaulieu holds several certifications, including the California Cousins International Mentor Program - Leadership from Fullerton College (2014), the California Food Handler Training Certificate from the American National Standards Institute (2018), and three certifications from Lynda.com: Learning Linux Command Line (2017), Linux: Overview and Installation (2017), and Scrum: The Basics (2017).
