Carolyn Lewandowski

Carolyn Lewandowski has a diverse work experience spanning over 20 years. Carolyn is currently working as the Senior Director of Talent Acquisition for Transcom since 2019. Prior to this, they held the position of Director of Talent Acquisition at Sutherland from 2016 to 2019, where they focused on process transformation. From 2015 to 2016, Carolyn worked as the Senior Manager of Training and Onboarding at Liveops, Inc., where they streamlined processes and reduced support needs. Before that, they were the Senior Manager of Instructional Design and Leadership Development at TTEC from 2011 to 2015, where they were responsible for instructional design strategies and career development paths. From 2008 to 2011, Carolyn worked as the Senior Manager of Instructional Design at Liveops, Inc., managing multiple projects and achieving recognition for the Certification team. Carolyn started their career at KeyBank in 1998, where they served as Assistant Vice-President of Call Center Training and Development, focusing on strategic skill gaps and new hire training curriculums.

Carolyn Lewandowski studied Political Science at Wright State University.
