Dia Ayate

Dia Ayate serves as the Sr. Director of Operational Excellence for the Global English Region at Transcom since May 2023, focusing on the development and execution of operational excellence strategies. Prior experience includes over a decade at Teleperformance, where Dia held positions such as Director of HR Shared Services, overseeing Employee Care operations, and Account Manager, managing relationships and driving revenue accountability. Earlier roles at Aegis PeopleSupport and PeopleSupport involved training management and escalation team supervision for the travel sector. Dia Ayate holds a BS in Development Communication from the University of the Philippines and a Diploma in Human Performance Consulting from De La Salle University.
