Kristina Cruz

Kristina Cruz has extensive work experience in the operations field. Kristina currently holds the position of Director of Operations at Transcom since June 2023. Prior to this, they worked at TaskUs as a Sr. Operations Manager from March 2018 to April 2023. Kristina started their career at Transcom in 2008 as a Team Leader, and later, they became an Operations Manager from August 2014 to December 2017.

Kristina Cruz attended Mapúa University from 1999 to 2006, where they obtained a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree in Electronics and Communications Engineering.
