Emilie Nketiah has a diverse work experience spanning various roles and industries. Emilie currently works at Transdev Canada as the Vice-President of Talent & Culture, where they set strategic national priorities and fosters collaboration with HR leaders to address talent shortages. Prior to this, Emilie was the Director of People & Talent Development at Transdev Canada, where they established a national corporate HR team and pioneered an engagement survey program. Before joining Transdev Canada, Emilie worked at Hazelview Properties as the Learning and Talent Development Lead and the Learning & Development Advisor, where they designed and implemented national talent development frameworks and training programs. Emilie also has experience in the education sector, working at McGill University and Concordia University in various teaching and leadership roles. Additionally, Emilie gained research experience as a Research Assistant at Concordia University - John Molson School of Business. Emilie Nketiah has a strong educational background in various fields. Emilie obtained a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree specializing in Psychology from Concordia University in 2010. In 2012-2013, they pursued a Graduate Diploma in Business Administration from Concordia University. Later, in 2015-2017, they attended McGill University to obtain a Graduate Diploma in Human Resources Management, focusing on Human Resources Management and Services.

Emilie Nketiah is currently pursuing a Master's degree in Organizational Development at HEC Montréal, a program they started in 2019 and is expected to complete in 2024. As for additional certifications, they obtained a certification in "Storytelling with Data" from LinkedIn in May 2020.
