Katrin Streicher

Head Of HR Competence Center - People Strategy, Talent Management, Digitalisation at Transdev GmbH

Katrin Streicher started their career as a Social Worker at Integrationshilfe Berlin e.V. in 2001 and then moved to Lebenswege für Menschen mit Behinderung gGmbH as a Social Worker from 2002 to 2004. Katrin then joined KPMG Deutschland, where they held various roles such as HR Specialist Learning & Development and HR Specialist Engagement & Performance from 2004 to 2013. From 2013 to 2023, they worked at Zalando, starting as a Senior Expert in Talent & Organizational Development and eventually becoming the Head HR Business Partner and Head of Talent Management. Katrin is currently working as the Head of HR Competence Center - People Strategy, Talent Management, and Digitalisation at Transdev GmbH.

Katrin Streicher completed their education at two different institutions. From 1997 to 2000, they attended Alice-Salomon-Fachhochschule für Sozialarbeit und Sozialpädagogik Berlin, where they earned a Diploma of Education in Social Work. Later, from 2001 to 2004, they studied at The Berlin School of Economics and Law, obtaining another Diploma of Education, this time in Business Science with a focus on People & Organisation, Controlling and Accounting.

In addition to their formal education, Streicher also obtained a certification in coaching on Myers-Briggs Personality Types (MBTI) from the MBTI Business Training Institute in August 2009.
