Amarja Niehof

Amarja Niehof has a diverse work experience in various roles and industries. Amarja is currently working as the CIO at Transdev Nederland, a position they started in 2023. Prior to that, they worked as the Founder, CIO, and IT Manager at Quria from 2018 onwards. In 2021 to 2022, they served as the Manager of IT Infra, Asset&Procurement, and Client Service Center at Technische Unie. Amarja also has experience as the Head of IT & Facilities at UNStudio from 2019 to 2020 and as the IT Manager of Infrastructure Services & Operations at VIVAT from 2017 to 2018. Before that, they held managerial roles at Royal FloraHolland and KPN. Amarja started their career in 1999 as a Project Manager at KPN and has since held various roles in IT management, improvement consulting, and contract management.

Amarja Niehof has a strong educational background in various fields. In 1998, Niehof pursued further studies at the University of Melbourne, earning another Master of Science (MSc) degree in Behavioral Sciences. Continuing the academic journey, Niehof went on to Nyenrode Business University in 2008, completing a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree. In 2015, Niehof participated in the Leadership Development Program at IMD. Finally, in 2016, Niehof attended Nyenrode Business University again, focusing on Digital Marketing Strategy & Social Media, although the degree obtained is unspecified.
