Melissa Cole

Melissa Cole, SHRM-CP, is an accomplished Human Resources professional with extensive experience in employee relations and management across diverse organizations. Currently serving as the Human Resources Manager and Business Partner at Hammacher Schlemmer since December 2018, Melissa has successfully supported over 100 employees by collaborating with department leaders to enhance productivity and engagement. Prior roles include Human Resources Business Partner at Greater Dayton Regional Transit Authority, where Melissa led compensation program development and HRIS management, and HR Generalist/Office Manager at S&S Healthcare Strategies, where Melissa focused on improving workplace morale and compliance with HR policies. With a solid foundation in HR operations from previous positions at First Transit and FirstGroup America, Melissa has effectively managed employee relations, labor relations, training, and compliance initiatives throughout their career.
