Melanie Kuzmins

Melanie Kuzmins has a diverse work experience spanning over several years. Melanie began their career in 2004 at Tyler Elevator Products Inc, where they worked as an After Sales and Technical Support representative. In 2005, they moved on to Precision Castparts and took on various roles including Sales Manager, Customer Service Manager, and Production Control Specialist. Melanie eventually became an Operations Director before leaving in 2018. Since then, they have been employed at TransDigm Group Inc, starting as a Business Unit Manager and later progressing to the position of Vice President of Sales and Marketing. Melanie held this role from October 2021 to December 2023 before taking on the same title again in 2024.

Melanie Kuzmins holds a Bachelor of Engineering (BE) degree in Mechanical Engineering from The University of Toledo. Melanie has also obtained a certification in the TransDigm Leadership Development Program from USC Marshall Executive Education in 2022.
