Eduardo Tagle

Eduardo Tagle Gana serves as the Chief Legal Officer & Secretary of the Board at Transelec S.A since September 2019, with previous roles including Gerente Legal and Subgerente Legal within the same company. As of May 2023, Eduardo is also a Director at Aguas Horizonte SpA and a member of the Circulo Legal de ICARE. Eduardo's legal career includes experience as a Visiting Attorney at Shearman & Sterling LLP, focusing on Project Development & Finance, and prior roles at Transelec S.A., Barros & Errázuriz Abogados, and Larrain y Asociados Abogados, specializing in corporate law and finance.
