Customer Experience at Transfero Group

Leandro Vieira has worked in a variety of roles since 2014. Leandro started their career as an Intern in Purchasing at Dufry do Brasil Duty Free Shop, where they were responsible for contact with national and international suppliers, importation of alcohol, tobacco, food and toys, stock monitoring, and reporting and analysis of KPIs. In 2017, they worked as an Assistant of Relationship at Lipton Tea, where they were responsible for logistics control, product immersion in the local market, relationship and communication development, and direct contact with customers. Leandro also worked as a Fundraiser at Médecins Sans Frontières Australia & New Zealand, where they were responsible for fundraising, prospecting customers, leading the regional team, receiving and analyzing export documentation and administrative documents, and assisting with internal export document control processes. In 2020, they began working as a Business Development at American Chamber of Commerce - Amcham Brasil, and currently works as a Customer Experience at Transfero Swiss AG.

Leandro Vieira completed a Certificate IV in International Trade from ILSC Brisbane in Australia from 2017 to 2018. Leandro then pursued a Bachelor's degree in International Relations from Centro Universitário IBMR. In 2019, they obtained a certification as an International Trade Analyst from ABRACOMEX.
