Rodrigo Souza's work experience begins in 2013 as a Web Designer intern at Grupo HE:labs, where they assisted in creating visual concepts and graphic projects. Rodrigo also conducted meetings with clients to understand their expectations. From 2014 to 2015, they worked as a Web Designer intern at LAMCE/COPPE/UFRJ, where they developed interfaces for submarine simulators and web/desktop systems.

In 2015, they joined Tecgraf/PUC-Rio as a Mid-level Interface Designer, working on projects related to scientific visualization, virtual reality, and augmented reality.

In 2019, they became a UX/UI Designer at CIPA - Participações e Administração S/A, where they applied heuristics, conducted user research, and created navigable prototypes.
