Michael Langella is an experienced professional with a diverse background in property management, education, landscape design, and insurance claims. Currently serving as the Office Manager and Property Manager Supervisor at Pacific Realty since June 2010, Michael manages 103 rental units and oversees various office operations. Additionally, Michael has been a religious instructor at Transfiguration Catholic Church since 2006, teaching religious education to sixth-grade students. As a landscape designer for Langella Landscape Designs since 1983, expertise includes creating functional outdoor spaces. Prior experience includes significant roles at Allstate and Farmers Insurance, where Michael handled a range of claims, negotiating with claimants and attorneys, as well as an early career as an electrician apprentice and manager in retail.
