Felix Lopez-Phillips is a seasoned technology professional with extensive experience in software architecture and development, particularly in the Transportation and GIS sectors. Currently serving as a Software Architect at Transflo since November 2019, Felix leads the architecture and implementation of mobile-based transportation products and coordinates multiple development teams. Previous roles include Senior Software Engineer at DocuPhase Corporation, Geospatial Solutions Architect at Photo Science, and various leadership positions at CDM, Woolpert, Dewberry, Agra Baymont, Geocadsys, Intergraph, and Inelectra. Felix holds a Master's degree in Computer Engineering, Information Systems from Universidad Simón Bolívar.
