Mark Martin

Mark Martin, MS, PHR has over 20 years of experience in human resources and operations management. Mark is currently the Director of Human Resources at TransForce, where they oversee HR strategies and initiatives. Prior to this role, Mark served as the Senior Human Resources Business Partner at Universal Service Administrative Co. (USAC), where they played a key role in HR functions. Mark also worked as the Director of Human Resources at MiniLuxe and as the Senior Associate Relations Advisor at Ratner Companies, where they ensured HR compliance and coached employees. Mark has a strong background in HR operations, as evidenced by their role as the Human Resources Operations Manager at Kohl's. Mark also has experience in leadership and training, having served as the Group Talent Leader and Senior Operations Manager at Target. Overall, Mark's diverse work experience has equipped him with a deep understanding of HR policies, employee relations, and strategic planning.

Mark Martin, MS, PHR completed their Bachelor of Science degree in Communications at Radford University from 1993 to 1997. Mark furthered their education by obtaining a Master of Science degree in Human Resources Management/Personnel Administration, General at the University of Maryland Global Campus from 2020 to 2021. In 2016, they also obtained the Professional in Human Resources (PHR) certification from HRCI.
