Neil Noakes

Neil Noakes is a seasoned service designer with extensive experience across various sectors, including government, healthcare, and retail. Since August 2022, Neil has served as Lead Service Designer at Transform, focusing on a discovery project with Evri. Prior experience includes roles at Service Design, where Neil has contributed as Head of Design and Lead Service Designer since 2011, and significant positions at Nomensa, Engine Transformation, and NHS Digital, among others. Education includes a Master's degree in Design for Interactive Media from Middlesex University and a Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Planning & Building from UCL.
