Bala Pandalangat

Bala Pandalangat has extensive work experience in various leadership roles. Most recently, they served as the Chief Revenue Officer (CRO) at TransForm Solutions starting in April 2023. Prior to that, they were the CEO of Immediate Requirements Inc., where they led clients as an Interim CEO/CSO, providing strategy, stabilizing operations, and improving business growth. Bala also held the position of Chief Strategy Officer (CSO) at Syngrafii Inc. from 2018 to 2021.

Bala Pandalangat has been the Chief Executive Officer of ComputeNext from 2016 to 2019 and the President and CEO of CORE - Centre for Outsourcing Research & Education from 2014 to 2016. Bala expanded the operations of Injazat Data Systems, a Hewlett Packard (HP) - Mubadala - UAE Government JV, as the CEO and CIO from 2010 to 2013. Additionally, they led Wipro Technologies as the Regional VP & Country Manager/Canada, achieving significant growth in revenues and managing country sales and operations teams from 2006 to 2010.

Earlier in their career, Bala Pandalangat worked in senior roles at Oracle Corporation as a Sr. Account Manager from 2002 to 2005, and at Ramco Systems as Director, Business Development from 2000 to 2002. Throughout their career, they have demonstrated expertise in business development, sales, strategy, and managing global teams.

Bala Pandalangat has a Post Graduate Diploma in Business Administration from Annamalai University. They also have a Bachelor's degree in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from the same university. In addition, Bala has been certified as an Accredited Outsourcing Practitioner™ - AOP from CORE - Centre for Outsourcing Research & Education in 2015.
