Pavalan Vickraman has extensive experience in IT project management across various industries. Pavalan started their career at IBM as an Analyst Programmer before moving to Alcatel-Lucent, where they held roles as a Project Manager, Oracle DBA, Software Engineer, and Team Leader. During their time at Alcatel-Lucent, they led several important projects, including the creation of a service transition team and the recovery of a mobile solution replacement program. Pavalan then joined Vodafone as a Senior Project Manager, overseeing the successful implementation of an IT service management solution. Pavalan later joined TransGrid as a Senior ICT Project Manager and was later promoted to Lead IT Project Manager. In this role, they led the implementation of several key initiatives, including the replacement of legacy applications with modern, cloud-based solutions. Prior to their current role, Pavalan worked at Verifone as a Director, leading applications development and operational support in the Asia Pacific region. Throughout their career, Pavalan has consistently delivered successful projects and has a strong track record of driving change and improving efficiency within organizations.

Pavalan Vickraman has a Bachelor of Engineering (B.E.) degree from Madurai Kamaraj University, which they obtained from 1989 to 1993. Pavalan holds a Master of Information Technology degree from QUT (Queensland University of Technology), achieved during 1997 to 1998. From 2005 to 2010, Pavalan pursued a Master of Accounting degree from Macquarie University. In 2006 and 2007, they completed a Project Management Professional (PMP) certification from the Project Management Institute. Lastly, from 2008 to 2010, Pavalan studied at CPA Australia, earning a CPA certification.
