Annette Kramer

Annette Kramer has a diverse work experience spanning different industries and roles. Annette is currently the Vice President of Professional Services at TransImpact, a company focused on providing solutions for clients' business problems. Prior to joining TransImpact, they were the Executive Director of Client Solutions at Vizion360, where they played a key role in the merger with Transportation Impact and the rebranding of the company. Annette also founded and owned InternCLE, a project aimed at improving the quality of internships in Cleveland. Annette has held various positions at Vizion360, including Director of Operations and Director of Talent Management, where they focused on hiring and developing talented individuals and shaping the company culture. In addition, they have experience in solution architecture and project management at Vizion360. Annette has also been involved with Toastmasters International, where they served as the Immediate Past President of the Independence Club and as the VP of Membership. Earlier in their career, they worked as a Business Solutions Analyst at Medical Mutual and as a Senior Consultant at Bearing Point. Annette began their career as a Consultant at Arthur Andersen Business Consulting, where they gained training and experience in consulting and business intelligence solutions.

Annette Kramer attended Euclid High School from 1990 to 1994. After completing high school, they went on to study at Miami University from 1994 to 1998. At Miami University, they pursued a Bachelor's degree with a focus on Accounting and Management Information Systems (MIS).
