Tara Parris

Tara Parris, MLS, currently serves as the Fractional COO/CHRO at Salt & Light Advisors, a consulting and advisory firm specializing in Operations and Human Resources, since March 2024. Additionally, Tara has held the position of Executive Vice President and Director of Human Resources at Transit Pros since January 2016. Prior experience includes serving as a Human Resources Manager at Lowe's Companies, Inc. from January 2015 to February 2016, and as the National Transition Manager for Operations and Human Resources at Whelan Security from April 2013 to February 2015. Tara holds a Master of Legal Studies in Business Law, HR, and Employment Law from the Sandra Day O’Connor College of Law at Arizona State University, as well as a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration and Management with a focus on Human Resources from Park University.
