Joy M. Jones has extensive experience in the non-profit and social services sector. Then, they enrolled at Clark Atlanta University from 1998 to 2001, achieving a Master of Social Work degree with a concentration in Social Work. Additionally, they pursued a Certificate in Organizational Leadership and Performance through the Bridgespan Organizational Leadership Program, Leading for Impact from 2013 to 2015. Joy M. Jones later returned to Clark Atlanta University and obtained another Master of Social Work degree, this time with a focus on Business Administration and Management, General.
