The leadership team at Transition Projects has a wealth of experience in social work, performance and quality improvement, program development and management, and community engagement. They have also been deeply involved in LGBTQ issues advocacy and support. Most members of the team have their Masters or Doctorate in Social Work from top Universities, with additional degrees and certification in related fields. Many on the team also have experience working in the Peace Corps.
