Karen Lee Drakos is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in career coaching and institutional marketing. Since November 2011, Karen has served as a Senior Consultant and Career Coach at Transition Solutions, specializing in job search processes, including resume writing, interview consulting, salary negotiation, and social media strategies. Prior to this role, Karen held significant positions at Grantham, Mayo & Van Otterloo & Co. LLC as a Manager in RFP/Marketing and at Wachovia (Wells Fargo) as a Senior Vice President overseeing institutional marketing activities.
