As the Founder and CTO of OCTAVIAN Scientific since 2001, Morgan Johnson has developed several patents related to innovative technologies for full wafer testing and burn-in processes. Additionally, Morgan Johnson established MORGAN Labs LLC in 1998, serving as a holding company for various patents and intellectual property in high-speed connectors, chip packaging, and numerous other electronic technologies. Earlier in the career, Morgan Johnson founded LaserPath, where the role of CTO was held from 1983 to 1987.
