Steven Norton, MBA, PhD has an extensive and diverse work experience in the pharmaceutical and clinical research industry. Steven has held various leadership positions in renowned companies such as Translational Drug Development (TD2), Norton Clinical Development Consulting, Elevar Therapeutics, Covance, Wyeth Pharmaceuticals, and Atrix Laboratories.

Most recently, they served as the Director of Clinical Scientific Affairs at Translational Drug Development, where they worked in partnership with different departments to win and optimize new business awards and develop operational and technical strategies to support sponsor needs.

Prior to that, Steven was the Principal Consultant at Norton Clinical Development Consulting, offering their expertise in drug development and consulting services.

At Elevar Therapeutics, they held the position of Head of Drug Development. Steven demonstrated their leadership skills by successfully directing multiple departments in drug development and overseeing the completion of global clinical trials.
