Hisham Elhadidi

Hisham Elhadidi has a strong background in operations and logistics management. Hisham has worked in various roles, starting from 2003 as a Maintenance Engineer at Suez Canal Authority. Hisham later moved on to fleet maintenance management positions at Keer Marine, Nile Cargo - National River Transport Company, and Reliance Mining. In 2011, they joined Reliance Logistics as an Operations Director, where they successfully reconstructed the Operations department and optimized fleet utilization. Hisham then became the Director of Operations at Reliance Operations & Maintenance Services in 2019, leading the company in providing premium logistics and fleet management services. Hisham also worked as the Chief Logistics Officer at MILANO FOR FOOD INDUSTRIES, where they managed the full logistics of the company and established efficient data management systems. Hisham'smost recent position was as the Logistics Director at TCI, where they spearheaded the establishment of an in-house container-inland transportation department for affiliated company Transmar. Currently, Hisham is serving as the Operations Development Director at Transmar, where they have developed a robust management system to streamline operations and improve efficiency.

Hisham Elhadidi's education history begins in 1996 when they enrolled at Ain Shams University and pursued a Bachelor of Science (BSc) degree in Automotive Engineering, which they completed in 2001. Later, in 2010, they attended The American University in Cairo to obtain a Diploma in Project Management Professional, completing it in 2011.

In 2014, Elhadidi joined The German University in Cairo for a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree specializing in International Business & Strategic Management, which they successfully completed in 2018. During this time, they also acquired additional certifications, including Operations Management Foundations from LinkedIn in March 2022 and an MBA from The German University in Cairo in October 2018.

Most recently, from 2022 to 2025, Elhadidi is pursuing a Doctorate of Business Administration (DBA) in Business Administration and Management, General from The German University in Cairo. In addition, in August 2022, they obtained a Data Analysis Professional certification from Udacity.
