Connie Jing Li, PhD, PE, serves as President and CEO of TranSmart Technologies, Inc. since January 1996 and EJM Engineering, Inc. since June 2017. With a robust educational background in Civil Engineering, including a PhD from the University of Illinois Chicago, a Master’s degree from The University of Tokyo, and a Bachelor’s degree from Tsinghua University, Connie has extensive expertise in transportation engineering.
