Kelly Hennessy

Kelly Hennessy has a diverse work experience in project management, starting from their most recent role as a Project Director at Transmission in 2023. Prior to that, they worked as a Project Director and Senior Project Manager at The Maverick Group from 2019 to 2023. Kelly also held the position of Senior Project Manager at Cohaesus in 2018. Before that, they were a Project Manager at DXC Technology in 2018 and a Project Lead at Worldpay from 2016 to 2018. Kelly began their career as a Design Researcher at Design Futures in 2014.

Kelly Hennessy completed their education at Sheffield Hallam University, where they obtained a Bachelor of Arts degree in Product Design from 2011 to 2014. Kelly later pursued a Master of Arts degree in Design, specializing in Product Design, from 2014 to 2016 at the same institution.

In addition to their academic qualifications, Kelly has also obtained various certifications from LinkedIn and other institutions. These include certifications in skills such as Critical Thinking, Strategic Planning Foundations, Leadership Foundations, and Data-Driven Project Management. Kelly has also completed specific courses in Agile Project Management Practitioner, Lean Six Sigma (Yellow Belt), and PRINCE2® Practitioner. Notably, Kelly became a certified AgilePM™ Practitioner from the Knowledge Academy in July 2018. Recently, in 2023, they obtained certifications in Use Your Personal Brand for Audience and Content Development, Mindfulness: A Critical Skill for Project Managers, and the Future Frontiers Career Coach certification from LinkedIn and Future Frontiers respectively.
