Rachael Frick has a diverse work experience spanning various roles and companies. Rachael is currently the Director of Strategy at Transmit, where they manage team members, maintains revenue trackers, and facilitates creative briefings. Prior to this, they were a Media Strategist at the same company, where they created the Strategy, Planning, and Content department and managed agency partners, resulting in increased revenue and improved client relationships.

Before joining Transmit, Rachael worked at GTB as an Assistant Planner for different projects related to Ford Warriors in Pink, Ford STEAM Experience, Ford Drive 4 Ur School, and Drive 4 Ur Community. Rachael also had a brief stint as an Account Coordinator at GÜD Marketing.

Rachael's early career included internships at Michigan State University, where they served as a Communication and Design Intern and a Communications Intern. Rachael also gained valuable experience as the Advertising Manager and later as an Account Executive at The State News, where they implemented motivational tactics, held meetings with staff members, and achieved significant revenue through cross-platform advertising techniques.

Rachael Frick attended Michigan State University from 2014 to 2018, where they pursued a degree in Advertising with a minor in Graphic Design. In April 2019, they obtained a certification in "Graphic Design: Insight and Advice" from LinkedIn. Additionally, they received certifications in Microsoft Office (Word, Powerpoint, Excel, and Access) from MS Office Consulting in June 2012 and in "Google Analytics for Beginners" from Google Analytics for Business in December 2017.
