Deedra Anderson

Deedra Anderson has over 20 years of experience in the field of human resources. Deedra began their career as an Employment Specialist at Ocean Bank in 1998, where they interviewed applicants and ensured compliance with regulations. In 2002, they joined NCS Pearson as a Staffing Specialist for the Transportation Security Administration, where they interviewed and processed candidates for security screener positions. In 2003, they worked as a Human Resources Coordinator at Turner Broadcasting System, providing support in employee relations and recruiting. Since 2004, they have been the Director of Human Resources at TranSouth Logistics, LLC, where they advise senior staff members on various HR issues such as employee relations, compensation, training, and organizational development.

Deedra Anderson completed their Bachelor of Science degree in Business Marketing from South Carolina State University between 1988 and 1992. Continuing their education, they earned a Master of Science in Management degree with a specialization in Human Resources Management from St. Thomas University from 1996 to 1998.
