Shridhar Patel

Shridhar Patel's work experience begins in 2013 when they embarked on a journey of self-discovery and purpose with Inner Engineering. In 2015, they joined the Institute Of Design Expression Art & Learning as an Artist + Engineer, Fine Art Teacher, and Glass Artist, fulfilling their creative and engineering interests. In 2017, Shridhar joined TRANSPEK INDUSTRY LTD as a Graduate Engineering Trainee, where they gained experience as a Production Engineer in a semi-automated plant. Shridhar moved up the ranks, becoming a Production Supervisor in 2018 and eventually a Senior Production Supervisor in 2021, taking on additional responsibilities related to ISO documents and audit activities. Currently, Shridhar serves as the Plant Head at TRANSPEK INDUSTRY LTD.

Shridhar Patel completed their Bachelor of Technology degree in Petroleum Engineering from Pandit Deendayal Energy University (PDEU) from the year 2009 to 2013. Later, from 2018 to 2019, they pursued a degree in Industrial Environment Management with a field of study in Environment Protection at Gujarat Safety Council.
