Alex Lubarsky

Alex Lubarsky has a diverse work experience spanning several industries. Alex started their career as an Immigration Attorney at Siskind, Susser, Haas and Devine in 2003, and later worked as an Attorney specializing in eDiscovery, Immigration, Bankruptcy, Criminal, Family, and Civil law at Low Income Legal Assistance Centers. In 2005, they joined California State University - East Bay as an Instructor of Legal Technology and Immigration Law. Alex then transitioned to corporate roles, working as an e-Discovery Director at Guidance Software, Inc. from 2005 to 2008, and as a Director of Business Development at DTI LLC from 2008 to 2014. Alex then joined CPA Global as the Vice President of Legal Support Services from 2014 to 2016. Following that, they were the Director at RVM Enterprises, Inc. from 2016 to 2018, where they provided strategic eDiscovery consulting and implemented analytics technologies. From 2018 to 2021, Alex served as the Director of Discovery Solutions and Services at Thomson Reuters. Currently, they hold the position of Director of Spectra Sales at Lighthouse since 2021, and starting from 2023, they will be the Director of Business Development at TransPerfect Legal Solutions.

Alex Lubarsky has a JD and LL.M. degree in International Law and Immigration Law from Golden Gate University, School of Law. Prior to that, they earned a BA degree in English Literature and Latin American Studies from Lewis & Clark College. In addition, Alex has also obtained the EnCE - EnCase Certification from Guidance Software, although the specific month and year of obtaining the certification are not mentioned.
