Johanna Arcidiacono

Johanna Arcidiacono started their professional career in 2005 as an Operations Manager at EDP Dental Plan. Johanna led the operations department, managing manual processes and submissions to and from external organizations. Johanna also managed office documents, including members' and dentist files. In 2008, they worked as a Product Information Coordinator at MSC Industrial Supply. In 2012, Johanna joined TransPerfect Legal Solutions as a Litigation Support Analyst and later advanced to Manager - Hosting, where they led a team of Litigation Support Analysts using the Relativity eDiscovery platform. In 2016, they became the Director of Hosted Solutions - Litigation Technology Services and then Senior Director in 2019. Currently, they hold the position of Global Director, Hosted Solutions - Litigation Technology Services.

Johanna Arcidiacono completed an Associate of Science degree in Business Management from Johnson & Wales University from 2003 to 2004. Following that, they pursued a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Management at Stony Brook University from 2005 to 2007. In terms of additional certifications, Johanna became Brainspace Certified in July 2017 and obtained their Relativity Certified Administrator certification from kCura in April 2015.
