Nick Swain

Nick Swain has extensive work experience in various legal roles. Nick began their career as a Legal Clerk at Brayton Purcell LLP in October 2015 before transitioning to Li & Lozada Law Group, LLP in March 2016, where they worked as a Law Clerk. During their time at Li & Lozada Law Group, LLP, Nick gained experience in both Criminal Defense and Personal Injury cases. Nick then joined Watts Guerra, LLC & Mauro Archer, LLP in November 2017 as the Director of Business Development and Client Acquisition. Nick held this position until June 2022. Currently, Nick is the Director of Business Development at TransPerfect Legal Solutions, starting in August 2022.

Nick Swain has a diverse education history. Nick first attended the University of La Verne from 2012 to 2015, where they obtained a Bachelor's degree in Economics. After completing their undergraduate studies, Nick went on to pursue further education and attended the Empire College School of Law from 2015 to 2017. During this time, they earned a Master of Legal Studies (MLS) degree. Nick continued their legal education at the Empire College School of Law from 2015 to 2019, where they obtained a Doctor of Law (JD) degree.
