Currently serving as a Transport Strategy Senior Analyst at Transport for Greater Manchester since September 2016, Andrew previously worked as an Associate Transport Planner at CH2M for nearly a decade. Expertise includes transport strategy development, business case development, development control, consultation, and proficiency in Geographic Information Systems (GIS), along with advanced skills in Microsoft Office and strong presentation and report writing abilities. Andrew holds a BA in Geography with a focus on Human Geography from The University of Sheffield, completed in 2006.
