Bethany Whiting possesses extensive experience in customer service and project support across various roles in both public and educational sectors. Currently serving as a Continuous Improvement Officer at Transport for Greater Manchester since October 2018, Bethany has also held positions as a Customer Experience Support Officer and Directorate Support Officer within the organization. Prior roles at The Manchester Metropolitan University included Course Enquiries Assistant, Senior Student Ambassador, and Course Enquiries Ambassador, where Bethany developed skills in customer service and public representation.
