Fiona Hammond

Fiona Hammond has a diverse work experience background, starting in 2003 with freelance consulting in web content research and writing. Fiona then worked as the Editor of News and Views and Editorial Assistant for a concrete industry publication. In 2005, they joined Fujitsu Services as a Change Control System Administrator, managing system changes and providing training. Fiona later worked at Sage UK Ltd. as an Acting Business Analyst and Software Tester, gathering requirements and managing testing processes. Fiona then joined IMIMobile as a Development Business Analyst, working with clients to understand and manage their business requirements. Fiona also worked at Vodafone UK as a Lead Business Analyst, representing the company on joint venture proposals and defining payment strategies. Fiona has been with Transport for London since 2012, holding roles such as Business Analyst Team Lead, Business Engagement Senior Business Analyst, and Senior Business Analyst. Fiona has also received training in business coaching and is a Qualified Personal Performance Coach. In addition, they have served as the Chair of the Berkshire Coaching Business Network.

Fiona Hammond obtained an MA degree in Modern History from the University of Reading, where they studied from 2001 to 2003. Fiona also completed an Advanced course in Spanish Language and Literature at the Instituto Cervantes Institute of Spanish.
