Joyce Li has a diverse work experience in the engineering field. Joyce started their career as an Assistant Engineer at Scott Wilson in 2002 and worked there until 2006. Joyce then joined Metronet Rail as an Assessment Engineer in 2006. After that, they moved to Transport for London, where they held various roles such as Civils Asset Area Manager, Lead Project Engineer, Senior Engineering Leader, and currently, they are serving as the Principal Project Engineer. Joyce'sexperience spans over 18 years in different engineering positions.

Joyce Li holds a Bachelor's Degree in Civil and Structural Engineering from The Hong Kong University of Science and Technology. Joyce also has a Bachelor of Laws (LLB) from the University of London. In 2007, they obtained the MICE CEng certification from the Institution of Civil Engineers.
