Peter Ricketts

Peter Ricketts is a seasoned engineering professional with extensive experience in the automotive and transportation sectors. Currently serving as a Senior Manufacturing Engineer at Transport for London since May 2021, Peter specializes in the overhaul maintenance of brakes sub-assemblies on the Jubilee line. Prior to this role, Peter worked at Ford Motor Company from June 1996 to December 2020 as a Component Engineer, managing automotive components from conception to production. Additionally, Peter has experience as a Principal Engineer at Nissan Cranfield Technical Centre from March 2006 to March 2007, overseeing the development of plastic automotive components. Peter holds a BEng in Mechanical Engineering with an automotive bias from Coventry University, completed between 1990 and 1993.
