Jim Cook

Jim Cook started their career in 2006 as a Cargo Claims Supervisor at MIQ Logistics, where they worked until 2012. Jim then moved to Ryan Transportation as a Cargo Claims Manager for a brief period. In 2012, they joined RedStone Logistics as an Operations Manager/Account Manager until 2014. From 2014 to 2017, they worked at MIQ Logistics as a Transportation Services Product Manager. Since 2017, Jim has been with Transportation Insight, initially serving as the IT Manager of Business Process and Service Management. Jim then progressed to roles such as Director of Product, VP of Product Management, and currently holds the position of VP of Technology.

Jim Cook attended Graceland University, where they earned a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in Business Administration, with a focus on Organizational Leadership. Jim completed their studies at Graceland University in 2012. Prior to their time at Graceland University, Jim studied Freight Claims Management at the Institute of Logistical Management until 2010.
