Katie Mangum

Katie Mangum is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in client services and account management within the transportation and logistics industry. Currently serving as the Senior Manager of Client Services at Transportation Insight since July 2021, Katie leads a team focused on parcel management. Previously, Katie held multiple roles at Transportation Insight and its predecessor, Platinum Circle Technologies, where responsibilities included managing end-to-end implementations, overseeing a hybrid team, and collaborating with major parcel shipping carriers to optimize client transportation costs. Katie began career foundations as an Associate Technology Recruiter, specializing in placements for development and software engineering. Katie earned a Bachelor of Science in Psychology with a minor in Marketing from Georgia College & State University in 2019.
