Tim Franjesevic has a diverse work experience spanning from 2009 to 2021. Tim has held various roles in different companies.

From 2020 to the present, Tim has been working at Transportation Research Center Inc., first as a Research Engineer III and later as a Project Manager, Research Engineer III, and Team Leader.

Prior to that, from 2018 to 2020, Tim worked as a Manufacturing Engineer at Airstream, where they contributed to increasing capacity, efficiency, and operator safety in production processes. Tim achieved this by relocating and acquiring new equipment, improving communication methods, and creating new processes.

From 2016 to 2018, Tim worked as a Manufacturing Engineer at HBD/Thermoid, Inc., where they assisted in the installation of an electrical control system and developed a production reporting system.

Before that, Tim was a Process Engineer and Manufacturing Engineer at Therma Tru from 2012 to 2016, where they focused on improving manufacturing processes, upgrading equipment, and addressing product defects. Tim also worked as an Associate Process Engineer and a Continuous Improvement Engineer Co-op during their time at Therma Tru.

Between 2011 and 2011, Tim served as an Undergraduate Physics Research Assistant at The Ohio State University, where they worked on upgrading a high-energy laser and was responsible for designing and testing optical mounts.

Tim also has experience working as a Mathematics Tutor at Clark State Community College from 2010 to 2011 and as an Assistant Store Manager at Eye Mart from 2009 to 2010.

Overall, Tim has a strong background in engineering and has demonstrated expertise in project management, process improvement, and research.

Tim Franjesevic has a Bachelor's Degree in Industrial and Manufacturing Engineering from Indiana Institute of Technology, which they earned from 2014 to 2016. In 2016, they supplemented their education with on-site training in Toyota KATA at the University of Michigan. During the same year, they also received training in Project Management & Risk Management from Integrated Process Developers Inc. at The University of Toledo. Prior to pursuing their Bachelor's Degree, Tim obtained an Associate of Technical Studies in Math and Engineering Transfer from Clark State Community College from 2009 to 2012. Additionally, they hold certifications as a Six Sigma Black Belt and a Six Sigma Green Belt, both obtained from Purdue University in 2013.
