Rüdiger Skaletz

Rüdiger Skaletz has a diverse work experience in the insurance and reinsurance industry. Rüdiger worked at TransRe as the Chief Business Development Officer Europe, where they focused on client relationship management, innovation, emerging risks, and business development in various areas such as telematics, autonomous driving, 3D printing, drones, and blockchain. Prior to that, they served as the Chief Marketing Officer Europe (Continental Europe), where they were responsible for client segmentation and the impact of new technologies on insurance and reinsurance. Earlier in their career, they worked at Guy Carpenter Munich & Zurich, where they held the roles of Munich Territorial Manager and Zurich Managing Director. Rüdiger also worked at Wuppesahl (now Willis) as a Senior Broker, specializing in industrial business and property, personal accident, and general third-party liability.

Rüdiger Skaletz attended Karlsruhe Institute of Technology (KIT) from 1984 to 1990, where they pursued a degree in Dipl. Wi. Ing. with a focus on Insurance and Reinsurance.
