Rocio Sarabia

Rocio Sarabia currently serves as the Chief People Officer at Flō Networks since October 2025. Prior to this role, Rocio was the Vice President of Human Resources at Electrical Components International, overseeing HR for the North America region, which encompasses 26,000 employees across Mexico, the US, and Canada. Rocio's experience includes serving as Human Resources Director for Latin America at Lexmark, managing HR for a Fortune 1000 company, as well as various human resources management positions, including HR Manager roles at Lexmark International Mexico and Columbus Industries. Rocio began a career in human resources at Fasco Motors. Rocio holds a Master of Business Administration from the University of Phoenix and a Bachelor in Business Administration from Instituto Tecnológico de Ciudad Juárez.
